How long will my candle take to ship?  
We ship within 2–4 business days. All candles are hand-poured and packed with care. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

Do you offer gift notes?  
Yes — just check the box at checkout and add your note. We’ll print it and include it with the package, no prices shown.

These candles are intentionally designed to support grief, healing, and emotional tenderness. They’re meant to be given with presence, or used in moments of quiet care. Each one includes a Kindness Note and is poured with clean ingredients and emotional clarity.

My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?

Do you offer international shipping?  
Right now, we’re only shipping within the U.S. But we hope to expand soon.

Are your candles natural?  
Yes — we use a clean coconut-soy wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance oils. No parabens. No unnecessary additives.
