How long will my candle take to ship?
We ship within 2–4 business days. All candles are hand-poured and packed with care. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
My candle has imperfections what do I do? While quality and consistency are my highest priority when making these candles since they are all handmade by me and not in a factory, there will be small imperfections and differences in candles. While I limit this as much as I can I am a small business with 100% hand made products. There is a disclaimer found at the end of each candle description. If the imperfection impedes in the functionality of the candle please email me with photos so I can make it right. I appreciate your feed back please email me with any concerns or input it helps me with improving for future batches.
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes! Just check the box at checkout and add your note. We’ll print it and include it with the package, no prices shown.
What makes Kindest Candle different?

My candle arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us at kindestcandle@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 30 days or arrival. We’ll make it right.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we’re only shipping within the U.S. But we hope to expand soon.
Are your candles all natural?
Yes, we use a coconut wax blend and fragrance oils that have essential oil content, free of unnecessary additives, FDA approved and phthalate free.
I'm local do I have to pay for shipping or can I pick it up from you directly? I plan to do local pick once a week once in the near future please email me if this is something you are interested in and I'll see what I can do.
